Having turned eighteen in August, just three years ago, during the 2023 racing season, he was battling in the Italian F4 Championship and in the newly established Euro 4 Championship (now E4 Championship), collecting race wins.

His path then continued up the ladder of FIA categories, eventually reaching the pinnacle of motorsport.
In 2025 he had already taken the wheel of a Formula 1 car during free practice sessions at the British and Mexico City Grands Prix, but this year he officially represents the Faenza-based team that carries on the legacy of Minardi, alongside Liam Lawson.
Lindblad therefore joins a growing list of drivers who have passed through Italian Formula 4 before reaching the highest level. Among them is the reigning champion Lando Norris, with whom he shared a memorable moment in 2021: “See you in five years,” he said at the time, shaking hands with the Formula 1 driver in a karting paddock.
